Article Websites and Most Viewed Article Inspiration
One way to help motivate writers to come to your article website would be to put up a series of statistics pages. Such as listing the authors with the most articles, the categories with the most articles and the articles with the most views.
One very smart man who runs the premier Article Website in the World is Mr. Chris Knight. He helps his authors by helping them with these stats. For instance this page; http://ezinearticles.com/?type=mv . One way to best use such statistic pages which serves the authors better is to have the data broken down to multiple pages like the author's number of articles list on most all article websites which have more than a hand full of authors.
For instance on a page of most viewed articles once the numbers get to be very high, more pages must be added so people can view it down to the 5,000 article views level. The reason I mention this is because, well not everyone I suppose can or even feel it appropriate to write sill articles such as articles on ingrown pubic hair, for instance if they are marketing an eBook for Mutual Fund Strategies. And if you look at Hurricane Wilma, it was the most powerful Hurricane in the History of Western World Weather Records and its energy is still affecting the trapping of a cold front in the Northeast and it is already gone from the US. That maybe a once in a lifetime storm and such data as it being a high traffic count article would be irrelevant to the article writers needing to know what to write about.
Someone who is marketing automotive accessories may not be able to weave a hurricane article into their marketing efforts? Maybe they could, probably not so fitting along with the ingrown hair or Halloween Stuff.
If an article site, which actually gets a lot of traffic were to extended the most viewed article pages down to the 1000 article views that might also be good. For instance I have 100's of articles, which are pushing 400 plus views and I would sure like to see them at 1000 instead. Therefore such a page with such information would also help any article website and other authors bringing in more people to read, view, and then click out on Adsense trickle pay per click revenues for the site or to the authors sites? Who knows, that is my observation for today for all those article sites on the Internet. Think on this.
